There's the first task
Your employees see that they have to start the completion of the first task: Domestic Accounting.
All they have to do is click on the task link and they will be taken to SAP where they will complete the task.

Report task completion in Harmodesk
After completing the task in SAP, the employee returns to Harmodesk and reports the completion of the task by selecting the appropriate completion type (in our case it was: Simple Accounting).
What's important, in Harmodesk you can define any task completion name, depending on the specific character of a work of a particular team and its needs.

Pressing the appropriate "completion" button is like giving a more detailed label to the completed task. Thanks to that, the system collects or downloads additional information about tasks, necessary to create reports, on the basis of which you can optimize task completion processes.
By clicking on the link you go to SAP to posting a invoice
In SAP, the employee enters this task and performs further actions related to its completion. Once the domestic invoice is posted, the employees will exit SAP and go to Harmodesk where they will report the completion of the domestic invoice posting as "completed" (simple posting).
This way, Harmodesk collects data on times of completion of every task your employees perform. With detailed data and reports, you'll know exactly what they're spending their working time on. Is the posting in SAP already completed?
