Imagine that a drop-in apears. You get a call that your team urgently needs to expedite a particular job.  

‍You don't have to call your employees. Use the Manager's Panel. Here you can see all the tasks that are waiting in the queue for completion.  

This is where you assign and reprioritise tasks distributed in an automatic distribution mode (team task funnel) to your employees according to their competencies.

You can reprioritise tasks to give them a closer place in the download queue or give them Joker (Is Highest Priority) status.  

An employee with the appropriate skills, seeing a button flashing on his / her screen: New task to perform, knows that he / she urgently has to perform it.
