Thanks to the already familiar green button: New task to complete, operational tasks are downloaded, distributed automatically to team members (the so-called team funnel).  

However, there are some tasks that managers, for example, do not want to distribute in this way or cannot do so. E.g.: ad-hoc meetings, handling e-mails, administrative activities, competence development or projects.

You can also measure the duration of such tasks. The measurement cube allows you to do this.  

Thanks to the measurement cube, you have more complete information about which members of your team are spending time on various tasks in addition to operational tasks.
